Nak koyok ^_*, semalam sampai KK almost jam 7.00 malam, drive almost 150 kilometres to Sipitang for inspection, memang macam tu kerja seorang Valuer, bila-bila masa boleh ada inspection and outstation, kalau boss kata mesti pergi besok, MUST pergi.. sebab tu aku jarang pakai baju kurung pergi kerja..oh happy sebab aku malas nak pakai baju kurung oh la la la
Boleh tak aku shared dengan korang kerja sebagai Valuer, its professional job tapi tak sepopular macam Doctor, Architecture, lawyer or so on but i love my job ;)
Semalam pergi tengok Oil palm, almost 200 acres fully planted with oil palm, normally client yang datang jumpa valuer dorang nak tahu market sekarang, either can up till harga yang dorang beli, atau tidak.. and bank also need us to do valuation. though job, honestly ;)
Ramai orang cakap, ala.. senang saja nak nilai property ni, you just simply put a price here and there then boleh dapat value, no dear its not simply like that, you must have evidence before you put such value.. macam lawyer mesti ada bukti juga ;) then ada calculation we have to do the analysis..then baru boleh come out with figure ;) tapi masalahnya ramai orang tak faham..adeeiii

Actually the land divide onto two halves, this sungai is the centre, nak pergi sebelah kena redah this stream.. semalam hujan so air ada deras sikit...
Naik benda alah ni, just panggil tractor, I duduk sebelah kanan..felt macam petani moden jap hehehe
Then me ride this tractor.. across the river ^__* really interesting kan?
p/s tapi satu benda nak kongsi, kepada sesiapa yang belum bekerja dan masih belajar, tidak kisah apa yang kita kerja in future, just love you job, macam mana susah kena happy dengan apa yang kita buat..barulah ada ump!!! like he say to me ^__*
